We are pleased to represent the Linda Baurmeister Trust farmland auction located in central Hamilton County, Iowa. This single-tract auction offers 40 +/- acres, located just 3 miles northeast of Stanhope, Iowa, and is situated in Section 27 of Hamilton Township. Here is a great opportunity for local farmers to expand their current farming operation in a strong farming area, or for farmland investors to purchase quality farmland acres in an area where farmland does not often become available to the public. The farm will be offered via Online Only Auction on Thursday, December 17, 2026. Bidding will end in a 'soft close' at 1 PM. Contact brokers for more details and to get registered online. This farm consists of 38.6 +/- cropland acres carrying a CSR2 rating 69.8. Some tile improvements have been made throughout the years providing quality drainage on the farm. Multiple grain sale opportunities are available throughout the region, including competitive ethanol plants. The farm is leased for the 2027 crop year; the buyer will receive a rent total of $13,200 directly from the operator on the farm. (Contact broker for details)
